Responsibilities:

Operate a semi-automatic production machine to quality and production of the job Standard, notify Inspector when visually defective parts are produced Responsible for the correct insert loading operation of all machines.
Properly maintain automatic machines when working on the floor including grinding runners; filling of production boxes at press with parts produced from machines and picking up parts and runners by sweeping before moving to next job.
Be at work station and ready to work at start time.
Check press at the beginning of shift for conformance and supplies.
Keep work area cleaned up during production and at end of shift - keep all parts and runners picked up around all machines.
Check parts for quality defects on all jobs you are responsible for and on other jobs as designated by your supervisor.
